Paroxypropione, also known as 3'-hydroxypropiophenone, is a synthetic nonsteroidal estrogen that was used medically as an antigonadotropin. It was first synthesized in 1902, with its antigonadotropic properties discovered in 1951, and it has been marketed in Spain and Italy but appears to no longer be commercially available.
