About this list
The REACH Authorisation List (Annex XIV to Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006) contains substances of very high concern that cannot be used or placed on the EU market for a use after the sunset date unless an authorisation has been granted or an exemption applies. It is the regulatory step after prioritisation from the SVHC Candidate List and is maintained through EU legal amendments with ECHA support.
