About this list
Schedule 2 of the Chemical Weapons Convention lists toxic chemicals and precursors that pose a significant risk to the Convention’s objectives but also have limited legitimate commercial uses (for example thiodiglycol and certain aminoethanols). Their production, processing and trade are subject to declaration and verification by the OPCW.
