8-Azanebularine CE-Phosphoramidite is a modified nucleoside phosphoramidite reagent used in the chemical synthesis of oligonucleotides. It carries a triazolo[4,5-d]pyrimidine base analog and is protected with a dimethoxytrityl (DMT) group and a tert-butyldimethylsilyl (TBDMS) group, designed for automated DNA/RNA synthesizer coupling.
