Triprolidine is an H1-receptor antagonist and a member of the N-alkylpyrrolidine class, structurally related to acrivastine. It is used as a pharmaceutical raw material for manufacturing antihistamine products intended to relieve symptoms of urticaria, rhinitis, and pruritic skin disorders.
