Acoramidis hydrochloride is a hydrochloride salt form of acoramidis, a potent and highly selective transthyretin (TTR) stabilizer. It is used as an active pharmaceutical ingredient in pharmaceutical manufacturing, functioning to stabilize TTR and prevent the formation of amyloid fibrils.
