Masitinib mesylate

Masitinib mesylate is the orally bioavailable mesylate salt of masitinib, a multi-targeted protein tyrosine kinase inhibitor. It selectively binds to and inhibits several receptor tyrosine kinases, including wild-type and mutated forms of c-Kit, PDGFR, and FGFR3, thereby potentially inhibiting tumor cell proliferation.
