Chemicals in Annex III of the Rotterdam Convention, subject to the Prior Informed Consent (PIC) procedure jointly administered by UNEP and the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO). Listing means an exporting country must obtain the importing country’s informed consent before shipment. Annex III covers banned or severely restricted pesticides and industrial chemicals; this listing reflects the annex as revised through 2025.
