Acerca de esta lista
Las sustancias químicas del anexo III del Convenio de Rotterdam están sujetas al procedimiento de Consentimiento Fundamentado Previo (PIC), administrado conjuntamente por el PNUMA y la Organización de las Naciones Unidas para la Alimentación y la Agricultura (FAO). La inclusión significa que el país exportador debe obtener el consentimiento informado del país importador antes del envío. El anexo III abarca plaguicidas y sustancias químicas industriales prohibidos o severamente restringidos; esta lista refleja el anexo revisado hasta 2025.
