关于此清单
《斯德哥尔摩公约》管控的持久性有机污染物(POPs),由联合国环境规划署(UNEP)管理。公约附件分别针对应予消除(附件 A)、限制(附件 B)或减少非故意排放(附件 C)的化学品,因其在环境中持久存在、可生物累积并危害人体健康。新物质由缔约方大会增列;本清单反映截至 2025 年的修订。
