15-Acetyldeoxynivalenol is a trichothecene mycotoxin and a derivative of deoxynivalenol, acetylated at the C-15 position. It is considered one of the most commonly and widely distributed cereal contaminants, along with its 3-acetyl regioisomer and parent compound.
