MMAE-SMCC is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) linker-payload compound that combines a monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE) cytotoxic agent with a SMCC crosslinker. It is designed for use in the development of targeted cancer therapies by enabling the conjugation of a potent drug to an antibody.
