PTD-DBM (Protein Transduction Domain-fused Dishevelled Binding Motif) is a synthetic peptide designed to interact with the CXXC5 protein, a negative regulator of the Wnt/β-catenin pathway implicated in hair loss. In laboratory studies, application of this peptide to bald mice promoted new hair follicle growth, making it a research tool for investigating hair regrowth mechanisms.
