Boc-D-Dap(Fmoc)(Fmoc)-OH is a protected amino acid derivative used as an intermediate in solid-phase peptide synthesis. Its orthogonal protecting groups—a tert-butoxycarbonyl (Boc) on the alpha amine and two 9-fluorenylmethoxycarbonyl (Fmoc) groups on the side chain—enable selective deprotection during the assembly of complex peptides.
