Ibutamoren mesylate is an orally bioavailable, small-molecule, non-peptide growth hormone secretagogue (GHS). It promotes the release of growth hormone (GH) from the pituitary gland, thereby increasing plasma GH levels, and is investigated for potential roles in GH deficiency.
