Vonoprazan Fumarate is the fumarate salt form of vonoprazan, a pyrrole derivative and reversible potassium-competitive acid blocker (P-CAB) with potential antacid activity. It acts by binding to the gastric hydrogen-potassium ATPase proton pump to inhibit gastric acid secretion.
