1-Phenyl-3-(1,2,3-thiadiazol-5-yl)urea

Thidiazuron is a member of the urea class of compounds, used as a plant growth regulator and defoliant. It is commonly applied to cotton to induce defoliation prior to harvest and exhibits cytokinin activity that can stimulate fruit growth, such as in kiwi.
