Sevabertinib is a reversible kinase inhibitor that targets human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) and exhibits activity against epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR). It is indicated for adult patients with locally advanced or metastatic non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) whose tumors have HER2 (ERBB2) tyrosine kinase domain activating mutations, and received accelerated FDA approval in November 2025.
