Perchlorobenzene

Hexachlorobenzene, also known as perchlorobenzene, is an aryl chloride and a fully chlorinated benzene derivative. It was historically used as a fungicide for seed treatment, particularly on wheat to control bunt disease, but its use has been banned globally under the Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants.
