Vonoprazan Fumarate is the fumarate salt form of vonoprazan, a pyrrole derivative and reversible potassium-competitive acid blocker (P-CAB). It inhibits gastric acid secretion by competitively binding to the potassium ion binding site of the gastric H+/K+ ATPase proton pump.
