Ripretinib is a kinase inhibitor used as a pharmaceutical raw material for the manufacturing of advanced gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST) therapy. It is indicated for cases that have not adequately responded to other kinase inhibitors such as sunitinib and imatinib.
