Pyrotinib dimaleate is the dimaleate salt form of pyrotinib, an orally bioavailable dual kinase inhibitor targeting epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR/HER-1) and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER-2). It functions by binding to and inhibiting both EGFR and HER2 receptor tyrosine kinases, thereby suppressing tumor growth and angiogenesis in EGFR/HER2-expressing tumor cells.
