ARRY-382 is a small molecule and orally available inhibitor designed to target colony-stimulating factor-1 receptor (CSF1R, also known as cFMS). It functions by binding to and inhibiting cFMS tyrosine kinase activity, thereby disrupting CSF-1-mediated signaling that is implicated in tumor cell proliferation and macrophage regulation.
