Ifebemtinib is an orally bioavailable inhibitor of focal adhesion kinase (FAK/PTK2), a non-receptor cytoplasmic tyrosine kinase. It exhibits antineoplastic activity by competitively binding to ATP and blocking PTK2-mediated signaling, thereby inhibiting tumor cell migration, proliferation, invasion, and survival.
